Chesang is a climate and sustainability professional working at the intersection of public policy and sustainable finance across East Africa and the United States. She holds a Masters in Climate from Columbia University.

Her work spans ESG due diligence, clean energy finance, and environmental advocacy. She is currently based in Nairobi, where she writes on climate, energy, and the politics of development across the continent.

In her free time, she enjoys interior design, exploring Nairobi's food scene, and traveling.
