Rosalinda Genevive Asiamah

Rosalinda is a senior at Presbyterian University, Ghana, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her academic interests include medical, surgical, basic, and advanced nursing, with a broader focus on health advocacy, student welfare, leadership, and mentorship.
She currently serves as the Student Representative Council Gender and Welfare Commissioner, the second deputy Unified SRC Gender and Welfare Commissioner across the university’s five campuses, and the public relations officer for her class. Through these roles, she represents student concerns, supports welfare initiatives, communicates information to her classmates, and contributes to efforts aimed at improving student life.
Outside of her academic and leadership responsibilities, Genevive runs a fashion business called Vel-Rosa Haven that sells clothing for men and women. This work has allowed her to gain practical experience in entrepreneurship, customer service, and business management.
After graduating, she plans to gain experience in academia as a teaching assistant before pursuing an MPhil and later a PhD in nursing. She also hopes to train as a nurse attorney and develop her fashion business into a recognized brand.
Rosalinda’s public policy interests include health and social welfare, expanding educational and professional opportunities for young people, and developing practical solutions to challenges facing local communities.
